Position: Manager – Operation Management I

Position Summary:

The Manager – Operation Management I oversees branch operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and maintains an efficient and customer-centric environment. This includes managing operational activities, implementing improvements, and aligning processes with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in banking, with at least 2 years in roles such as Cashier, Internal Controller, Senior Customer Relationship Officer, or other senior positions.

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of retail banking products (savings, loans, mortgages, etc.).
Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks (credit, operational, reputational risks).
Awareness of local and international banking laws (e.g., AML, KYC, FATCA).
Ability to develop sales strategies and coach staff on financial products.
Proficiency in branch operations (cash management, ATM operations, security).
Experience with core banking systems and financial management tools.
Leadership skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
Conflict resolution skills for employee and customer issues.
