Job Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (advantageous).

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies

• Experience in HR and/or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and employment practices.
• Expertise in succession planning, career management tools, and HR best practices.
• Ability to implement and evaluate tools for monitoring succession programs.

Behavioral Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
