Position 1: Credit Analyst/Appraisal

Qualification:

  • MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years (MA) / 5 years (BA) of relevant experience in Microfinance or Banks.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is mandatory.

Position 2: Executive Secretary

Qualification:

  • BA Degree/College Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4 years (BA) / 6 years (Diploma) in a secretarial position.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is mandatory.

Position 3: Credit Portfolio Analyst

Qualification:

  • MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years (MA) / 5 years (BA) of relevant experience in Microfinance or Banks.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is mandatory.

Position 4: Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Service

Qualification:

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6 years (MA) / 8 years (BA) of relevant experience, including 3 years in senior positions within Microfinance or Banks.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is mandatory.

Location: Addis Ababa Head Office


Position 5: Driver

Qualification:

  • Grade 8 Complete with a 3rd-grade driving license.

Experience:

  • 3 years of driving experience.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is mandatory.
