Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

• Job Summary:
  The Sales and Marketing Representative will develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and product development strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves promoting the company’s offerings, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.
• Required Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Required Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales representation, particularly in the construction or building materials sector.
• Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong networking and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in promotional strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and product development strategies for existing and new markets.
  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities across various media platforms.
  • Propose product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to maximize market share.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in sales and marketing trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present marketing activity reports to the department head.
  • Represent the company at trade associations and industry events to promote its offerings.
  • Manage sales reports and analyze performance against targets to identify areas for improvement.
