• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years in marketing and research.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute retail product development.
  • Prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with the bank’s goals.

2. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer

• Qualification:
  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IFB product development division.
  • Plan and execute product development throughout its lifecycle.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements.
  • Define product vision and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy and goals.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities and threats.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
