1. Senior – Conventional Products Development Officer
- Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in marketing and research.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute retail product development.
- Prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with the bank’s goals.
- Analyze market and competitor information to identify threats and opportunities.

2. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
- Qualification:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IFB product development division.
- Plan and execute product development throughout its lifecycle.
- Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements.
- Define product vision and ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy and goals.
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities and threats.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
