1. Position: Internal Auditor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB (Interest-Free Banking) is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office.
2. Position: Senior Internal Auditor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office.
3. Position: Senior Branch Operation Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office.
4. Position: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Mekelle.
5. Position: Branch Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Mersa.
6. Position: Lead, Branch Operation
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office.

- Training in IFB is considered an advantage for all positions.
