4. Deputy Banking Center Manager II
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Senior Officer/CSO III or 1 year as Principal Officer in a supervisory role.
- Workplace: Bale Robe and Nekemte Banking Center.

5. Branch Manager
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- Experience: At least 8 years of progressive relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years as Branch Manager. Experience in a high-grade branch is an advantage.
