1. Underwriting Officer II
- Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the insurance sector, including 1 year as Officer I.

2. Purchaser Officer II
- Qualification: BA in Supplies Management, Accounting, Procurement Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years, including 1 year as Officer I.

3. Senior Claim Officer
- Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years, including 1 year as Claim Officer II.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
4. Underwriting Technical & Re-insurance Division Head
- Qualification: BA/MA/MSc/MBA in Accounting, Statistics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 8 years in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Principal Officer.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
5. Auditor II
- Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years, including 1 year as Officer I.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
6. Marketing & Strategy Manager
- Qualification: BA/MBA/MA in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 7–8 years, with at least 5 years in a managerial role under the direct supervision of the DCEO or CEO.

7. Marketing Officer I
- Qualification: BA/MBA/MA in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

8. Digital Marketing Officer

- Qualification: LLB & LLM.

- Language: Proficiency in Oromifa is mandatory.

12. Junior Underwriting Officer

13. Engineering Department Manager
- Qualification: BSc/MSc/MA in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 7–8 years in the insurance sector, including experience as an Engineering Division Manager.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
14. Legal Aid
- Qualification: Diploma in Law.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
