Education (Minimum):

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a managerial position.

Place of Work: Head Office

3. Area Manager

Education (Minimum):

• MA/BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 6/8 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in a senior position.

Place of Work: Adama Area

4. Branch Manager

Education (Minimum):

• BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in accountant positions.

Number Required: 5 (One for each branch: Worabe, Durame, Hawassa, Chuko, and Wolaita).

Education (Minimum):

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in IT jobs.
