Position: Principal Human Capital Officer

About the Job:

Assist in developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned with the corporate strategy.
Implement HR policies and procedures, recommending changes where necessary.
Provide HR advice and guidance to management in line with best practices and labor laws.
Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare HR status reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually).
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior officer role.

Salary: As per the company scale with an attractive benefits package.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
