1, Customer Service Supervisor-II (IFB)

Job Purpose:

Supervises the overall cash operations of the branch and ensures the daily cash balance agrees with the general ledger. Provides special attention to prominent customers.
Qualification & Experience:

1. Principal Payment System Officer (Switch System)
   Job Purpose:
   Develops and manages technology-driven card banking services to enhance the bank’s operational efficiency and effectiveness.
   Qualification & Experience:
   • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
   • Six (6) years of experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/senior role.
     Location: Head Office

2, Principal Enterprise Architect

Job Purpose:

Develops and manages the bank’s technology infrastructure to align with the continuous business digital requirements of the industry.
Qualification & Experience:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/senior role.
  Location: Head Office

3, Compliance Auditor-I

Job Purpose:

Ensures that the banking operations at the head office units comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of the banking sector and its operations is required.
  Location: Head Office

1. Non-Loan Litigation and Criminal Case Follow-up Officer-I

Job Purpose:

Safeguards the bank from legal issues by managing non-loan litigation cases and appearing in courts and arbitration tribunals.
Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Legislation (LLB) or related fields.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience, with at least one year as Non-Loan Litigation and Criminal Case Follow-up Officer.
  Location: Head Office
