Position: Bank Trainee (External Only)

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality customer service with efficiency.
• Assist with account opening and closing, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revokes.
• Process standing instructions and accept stop payment orders from customers.
• Send outward cheques to Head Office and handle RTGS & bulk cheque clearance.
• Assist customers in filling out forms, opening accounts, and collecting payments.
• Exchange notes and coins, sort and arrange cash bundles.
• Validate payment instruments, collect deposit cheques, and issue financial documents.
• Determine service charges, collect payments, and arrange for billing.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BA Degree in:
  • Economics
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Banking & Finance
  • Management
  • Any other related field
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates)
• Required Number: 10
