Position: Senior Human Capital Officer

Job Description:

• Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff in line with internal policies.
• Provide awareness to staff on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievance handling, to enhance staff retention and minimize litigation.
• Conduct training needs assessments on an ongoing basis to inform the development of an annual training plan for both technical and soft skills.
• Facilitate training and induction programs.
• Participate in periodic employee engagement surveys and activities.
• Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Manage pensions and benefits administration.
• Ensure timely renewal of contracts and agreements.
• Facilitate performance management processes periodically.
• Prepare periodic HR status reports.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain and update HR records and files in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) are maintained according to company policy and legal requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience: At least five years of relevant experience. Relevant HR professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Additional Skills: Experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent management is highly advantageous.
