1. Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing a customer-focused sales service in the retail segment, ensuring sales efficiency, coverage, and brand reputation at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Segment the sales territory and create a call schedule based on customer volume and location.
• Monitor and report marketplace trends, including pricing, new products, and promotions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by developing solutions and providing feedback.
• Maintain sales records and ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Manage stock rotation, pricing, availability, and promotional activities during sales visits.
• Ensure brand visibility and cold beer service at all outlets.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience.
• Graduation year: 2023 – 2025 graduates only.
• Local language proficiency is required.

2. Regional Distributor Supervisor

Job Summary

Manage distributors and third-party partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and distributors have the right infrastructure and capital to service the market. The role also focuses on capability development and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in:
  • Market share growth and brand building.
  • Market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Volume growth and sales execution standards.
• IT proficiency: Advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Language skills: Fluency in Amharic and English (written & spoken).
• Local language proficiency is required.

• Strong data handling and analysis skills.
