1. Position: Senior Talent Acquisition and Management Officer

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.A. Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or related fields.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition & Management Officer or equivalent role.

2. Position: Organizational Design & Development Officer

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.A. Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or related fields.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years as an Associate Organizational Design & Development Officer or equivalent role.

3. Position: Manager, General Accounts and Financial Reporting and Budget Control Division

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
  • At least 3 years in an Expert, Principal, Supervisory, or equivalent role in the Accounts and Financial Reporting area.
