Zemen Insurance Share Company (ZISC) is a private insurance company established by 898 founding shareholders. It was registered at the Ministry of Trade and Industry on January 24, 2020, and received its insurance operation license from the National Bank of Ethiopia on January 17, 2020.

• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, including 2 years as a Principal Officer.
