Open Positions

1. Customer Relationship Officer

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including 1 year as Associate CRO, Relationship Officer, or equivalent

2. Financing Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or administration

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

3. Senior Attorney

Qualifications:

• LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws)
• 4–5 years of relevant legal experience in the banking or financial sector
• Additional certifications in law, banking, or finance are a plus

4. Customer Relationship Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• A Master’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including supervisory/team leader roles
