🔹 1. Engineering Officer – I

Qualification: MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Automotive, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a surveyor or equivalent in an insurance company

Skills Required:

Risk assessment and surveying techniques
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Team player and dependable

🔹 2. Reinsurance Officer – I

Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance operations

Skills Required:

Good grasp of reinsurance principles
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork

🔹 3. Senior Reinsurance Officer

Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance operations

In-depth knowledge of reinsurance practices
Sound decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

🔹 4. Manager, Claim Division

Qualification: BA/BSc or higher in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 8 years, including 2 years in a senior role in an insurance company

Skills Required:

Broad understanding of claims management
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and client relations
