Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a fully-fledged, Sharia-compliant microfinance institution established under NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021. The institution provides interest-free, inclusive financial services to underserved communities traditionally excluded from conventional finance due to interest-based systems.

Vacant Positions

1. Branch Clerk / Credit and Saving Trainee

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or related fields
Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates welcome)
Skills:

Knowledge of Shariah-compliant finance
Teamwork and commitment
Basic computer skills

2. Branch Cashier

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or related business fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related work experience
Skills:

Confidence in handling cash
Independent and organized
Shariah-compliant finance knowledge
Basic computer skills

3. Branch Customer Service Senior Officer / Accountant

Qualification: MBA/BA Degree in Accounting or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience (including secretarial roles)
Skills:

Strong planning and analytical skills
Professional behavior and communication
Knowledge of interest-free financing
Basic IT skills

4. Field Level Savings Collector

Qualification: Diploma/10+2 in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, IT, or equivalent
Experience: 0–2 years
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Knowledge of Shariah-compliant finance
Must provide written work experience verification

5. Branch Manager

Qualification: MBA/BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or equivalent
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building ability
Sound judgment and communication
Knowledge of participatory approaches and sustainable development
Proficiency in IT and pressure management
