1. HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
Provides strategic HR support to designated units/districts by implementing impactful HR solutions, monitoring performance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s Degree or professional HR certifications are an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at a middle or line management level

Key Competencies:

In-depth HR knowledge, including labor law and organizational development
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills

2. Senior IT Service Delivery Officer (Incident & Request Management)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing incident and service request resolution within the Bank’s ICT shared service. Ensures service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL certification is a plus
