1. Agent Network Manager

Job Summary:

Develop and implement strategies to expand and manage a strong agent network for digital finance services.
Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision.
Design KPIs and performance metrics; monitor and provide feedback.
Identify market potential and new partnership opportunities.
Optimize agent operations through SOPs and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Degree in Sales or Marketing
4 years of experience in agency networking
Strong leadership and communication skills

Location: Addis Ababa

2. Junior Quality Control Officer

Job Summary:

Monitor postal item flow and track domestic & international shipments.
Conduct quality checks at various stages and report discrepancies.
Maintain quality records and reports; analyze delivery metrics.
Assess customer service quality at postal counters.

Qualifications:

BA Degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields with zero years of experience
OR
College Diploma + TVET Level IV with 2 years of experience
