1. Agent Network Manager

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand and manage a strong agent network for digital finance services.
• Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision.
• Design KPIs and performance metrics; monitor and provide feedback.
• Identify market potential and new partnership opportunities.
• Optimize agent operations through SOPs and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Sales or Marketing
• 4 years of experience in agency networking
• Strong leadership and communication skills

2. Junior Quality Control Officer

Job Summary:

• Monitor postal item flow and track domestic & international shipments.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages and report discrepancies.
• Maintain quality records and reports; analyze delivery metrics.
• Assess customer service quality at postal counters.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields with zero years of experience
  OR
• College Diploma + TVET Level IV with 2 years of experience
