Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

Educational Qualification:
- BA degree or TVET Level IV/III in Business or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 0, 6, or 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Work Locations:
- Meskel Flower Sub-Branch, Addis Ababa
- Shola Branch (Hayat), Addis Ababa
Salary:
- Starting from ETB 16,592.00 (as per company scale)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Position 2: Attorney II

Educational Qualification:
- LLB Degree or Diploma in Law
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 9 years of relevant legal experience
Work Location:
- Based in Asela, managing legal affairs related to branch offices
Salary:
- Starting from ETB 24,028.00 (as per company scale)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both spoken and written Afaan Oromo and Amharic is mandatory
