1. Finance Officer

Location: Sodo Regional/Cluster Office
Reports To: Regional Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Number Required: 1
Salary: Negotiable
Job Grade: G3 S1

Qualifications:

• BA/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• 4/2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in IFRS, Peachtree, and IPSAS
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English, Amharic, and Wolaytegna
• Experience in Wolayta Zone is highly desirable

2. Waste for Value Project Officer

Location: Wolayta Sodo
Reports To: Regional Manager

Qualifications:

• BA/MSc in Social Work, Project Management, Public Health, Development Studies, or related fields
• 4/2 years of relevant experience in NGOs
• Strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Amharic, and Wolaytegna
• Experience in Wolayta Zone is highly desirable

Location: Hawassa Zuria and Wondo Genet Woredas
Reports To: Area Coordinator, Hawassa

Qualifications:

• BA/MSc in Project Management, Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields
• 4/2 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGOs
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Fluency in English, Amharic, and Sidamu Afoo
• Experience in Sidama Region is highly desirable

4. Gender and SRH Thematic Officer

Location: Shashemene Regional Office
Reports To: Regional Program Coordinator

Job Grade: G3 S4

Qualifications:

• MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Gender Studies, Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields
• 3/5 years of relevant experience in gender, SRHR, or women’s rights programming
• Fluency in English and Amharic; Afaan Oromo and Sidamu Afoo are required
• Experience in Oromia and Sidama regions is an advantage
• Strong training facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

5. Youth Empowerment and Peacebuilding Thematic Officer

Location: Shashemene Regional Office
Reports To: Regional Program Coordinator

Job Grade: G3 S4

Qualifications:

• MA/BA in Peace and Conflict Studies, Political Science, Youth Development, Sociology, or related fields
• 3/5 years of relevant experience, preferably with NGOs
• Strong facilitation, training, and report writing skills
• Fluency in English and Amharic; Afaan Oromo and Sidamu Afoo are required
• Experience in Oromia and Sidama regions is an advantage
