🔹 1. IT Auditor-I

Job Purpose:
Conduct IT audit activities to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulations and assess the effectiveness of IT internal control systems.

Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Work Location: Head Office

🔹 2. Customer Complaint Management Officer-I

Job Purpose:
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Work Location: Head Office
Number Required: 2

🔹 3. Branch Manager IV

Job Purpose:
Drive branch growth and profitability through effective customer service, cross-selling, and operational excellence.

Educational Requirement:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Work Location: Branches under Jimma District Office
