Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing and midwifery teams.
• Manage duty rosters and staff allocation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with standards and oversee patient safety.
• Maintain nursing records and reports.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing or Midwifery.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as Metron or Head Nurse.
• Valid license and COC certificate.
• Strong communication and patient handling skills.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).

2️⃣ Medical Radiologic Technologist

Main Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiography following protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure cooperation during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with policies and protocols.
• Properly position patients for imaging.

Requirements

• Degree in Medical Radiology Technology.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience.
• Valid license and COC certificate.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal/written).

3️⃣ Doctor of Dental Medicine

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health issues (cavities, gum disease, etc.).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention.
• Perform dental procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, extractions).
• Provide surgical care as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience.
• Valid license and COC certificate.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal/written).
