✨ Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Officer with at least 2 years of travel industry experience. You will issue and manage domestic and international flight tickets, handle group bookings, and negotiate with airlines to secure the best deals for our clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Issue and manage domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems
✅ Handle group ticketing requests and coordinate related logistics
✅ Negotiate with airline sales managers for competitive fares
✅ Provide fare quotations, process ticket changes, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
✅ Coordinate with airlines and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ Support customers with itinerary planning and travel-related inquiries
✅ Be flexible and available after hours when needed

🛠️ About You – Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a ticketing role within the travel industry
• Strong command of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Amharic, and basic Oromifa
• Proven negotiation skills with airlines
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to service excellence
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to grow within a supportive team
