• Handle and check account maintenance, payments, and collection transactions.
• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Conduct cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure transactions comply with the bank’s accounting procedures.

👤 About You

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience.

✅ Required Competencies

• Sound understanding of financial products and services.
• Strong knowledge of bank accounting systems and operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve basic customer issues and inquiries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with core banking systems.
