Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Job Summary:

• Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Lead branch sales, customer service initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Prepare annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• At least 8 years in banking operations, preferably with experience in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services.

Job Summary:

• Lead IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Define product vision and collaborate with work units to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor information to assess positioning and identify opportunities or threats.
