1. Manager, Customer Experience Hub I – Digital Service

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Scale of the Company

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Management.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years in insurance operations, of which at least 1 year must be in a senior position.
• Age: Not more than 35 years old.

2. Senior Officer – Digital Strategy, Planning and Product Development (DevOps Engineer)

• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the Scale of the Company

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Technology, or a business-related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Soft Qualities Required:

• Proficiency in managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with software development and .NET platforms.
• Strong grasp of Continuous Integration (CI) practices.
• Solid background in Linux system administration.
• Relevant DevOps certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Age: Not more than 35 years old.
