🏛️ Position 1: Architect (2 Positions)

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
📅 Deadline: July 25, 2025
💼 Employment: Full-time Contract
💰 Salary: Negotiable

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural working drawings, detailed design plans, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers through all project phases.
• Produce high-quality 2D/3D visualizations using advanced software.
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural Engineering.
• Additional certifications in design software are a plus.

🔹 Experience

• 0–4 years (Junior to Mid-Level) or 5+ years (Senior Level) in architectural design.
• Proven experience in office, hospital, or bank design projects.
• Strong grasp of Ethiopian standards and practices.

🔹 Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of building materials, codes, and structures.
• Excellent communication in English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Strong visualization, drawing, time management, and team skills.

• Design electrical systems for power supply/distribution or IT network systems.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and electrical drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with Ethiopian standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project delivery.
• Participate in technical meetings and reviews.

🔹 Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional registration with the relevant engineering body.

🔹 Experience

• Minimum 5 years in electrical design.
• Proven expertise in either:
  • Power System Design, or
  • IT Network System Design (Data Centers, BMS systems).

🔹 Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD/Electrical CAD.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian standards.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company protocols.
