1. Senior Information Management Officer
Department: Disaster Risk Management
Reports to: Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) Division Manager
Contract: 1 year
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report emergency preparedness data.
- Develop information management tools including maps and dashboards.
- Support Emergency Operation Centre with updated information.
- Organize needs assessments and coordinate data collection.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support communications.
Qualifications:
- MA/BSc in Disaster Risk Management, Data Science, GIS, Statistics, M&E, or related fields.
- 6-8 years relevant experience.

2. Senior Accountant
Department: Accounts Division

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with policies.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and ledgers.
- Monitor receivables/payables and ensure timely clearing.
- Support auditing processes and branch financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6-8 years experience, including 2 years in a senior role.

3. Senior Relief Officer
Department: Disaster Risk Management
Reports to: Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) Division Manager
Contract: 1 year (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead disaster relief response planning and implementation.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and distribution of relief items.
- Build capacity of staff and volunteers in relief operations.
- Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders and government agencies.
- Manage risk and monitor relief activities with reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or BA with 6-8 years relevant experience.
- Experience in emergency/relief management and coordination.

4. Light Vehicle Driver
Department: General Service and Property Administration
Reports to: Division Manager
Contract: 1 year
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Provide transport services to staff and guests.
- Maintain records of fuel, mileage, and maintenance.
- Comply with traffic regulations.
Qualifications:
- TVET Level II or 10th grade completed.
- 3rd Grade Driving License.

5. Senior Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer
Department: Disaster Risk Management / Health and WASH
Reports to: PMER Service Head
Contract: 6 months
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.
- Support program quality assurance and community engagement.
- Prepare and consolidate reports and strategic plans.
- Facilitate data collection, analysis, and evaluations.
- Lead capacity building and training on PMEL & CEA tools.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, or related fields.
- 6-8 years relevant experience in humanitarian projects.
- Training in project management, M&E, CEA, and data tools (Kobo, SPSS, Power BI).
