💼 Position: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with IFRS and Ethiopian tax laws
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company accounts
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), payroll, and fixed asset management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and external/internal audits
• Maintain accurate and complete financial documentation

🎓 Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction
• Strong command of IFRS, Ethiopian tax laws, and proficiency in Peachtree and/or ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
