1. Building Administration

📍 Location: Addis Ababa, Urael
📅 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance and repairs.
Monitor utilities and building systems.
Manage tenant records, complaints, and access control.
Assist with budgeting and financial management.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

🎓 Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management or related fields.
