We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Leader to manage and guide our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to create strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives
Identify and engage with potential corporate clients
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships
Coordinate and support the sales team to meet KPIs
Oversee the company’s digital presence, particularly social media marketing

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or B2B sales
Proven track record in corporate (B2B) sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
