1. Manager, Procurement & General Service Division

  • Work Unit: Manager
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Required Number: 1
  • Place of Work: Head Office
  • Reports to: Director, HR and Facility Management Department

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Law, Purchasing, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in facility management, logistics and general service, or procurement and property administration. Experience in the financial sector is preferred.

  • Strong technical and legal writing skills.
  • Excellent ability to assess needs and priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate and direct work assignments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to analyze complex issues.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

2. Secretary Cashier

  • Work Unit: Employee
  • Job Grade: V
  • Required Number: 1
  • Place of Work: Kazanchis Branch Office
  • Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Accounting or Management or a related field.
  • Experience: No experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS systems.
  • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role.
  • Basic PC knowledge and exposure to accounting tools.
  • Good math/analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
