1. Manager, Procurement & General Service Division

Work Unit: Manager
Job Grade: XII
Required Number: 1
Place of Work: Head Office
Reports to: Director, HR and Facility Management Department

Job Requirements:

Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Law, Purchasing, or a closely related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in facility management, logistics and general service, or procurement and property administration. Experience in the financial sector is preferred.

Excellent ability to assess needs and priorities.
Ability to coordinate and direct work assignments.

2. Secretary Cashier

Job Grade: V

Place of Work: Kazanchis Branch Office
Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Accounting or Management or a related field.
Experience: No experience required.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS systems.
Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role.
Basic PC knowledge and exposure to accounting tools.
Good math/analytical skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
