💼 Position: ERP Finance Specialist

🎯 Job Purpose

The ERP Finance Specialist supports the implementation and daily use of the ERP system within the Finance Department and across other business operations. This role enhances financial reporting, internal controls, and data accuracy, and contributes to optimizing cost accounting, service, and parts sales.

🔧 Key Duties and Responsibilities

ERP System Management:

Oversee financial modules of ERP systems ensuring data integrity
Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP workflows, especially within finance
Support finance staff and conduct training on ERP usage

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies

Cost Accounting & Operations:

Monitor cost variances, inventory valuation, and service/parts costing
Coordinate ERP entries with departments like Procurement, Supply Chain, and Service

General Ledger & Compliance:

Support ledger reconciliations and assist with internal/external audits
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory reporting

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and automate through ERP
Continuously seek improvements in ERP-based reporting and operations

📚 About You – Candidate Profile

✅ Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, Accounting & Finance, Computerized Accounting, or a related field
Additional qualification in Computer Science is a plus
2–3 years of accounting experience, 1+ year working directly with ERP systems in a medium or large organization
