🧑‍💼 Position: Bank Trainee (Graduate) – External

Shabelle Bank is seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join its growing team as Bank Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your banking career with a progressive financial institution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash receipts and payments within authorized limits
• Attend and assist customers at the counter with professionalism
• Open customer accounts and promote bank products and services
• Scan and manage signatures and photographs of customers and authorized staff
• Post business transactions and prepare cash/non-cash instruments
• Clear negotiable instruments and process standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revocations
• Deliver and collect cash to/from the Till Administrator
• Verify customer identities and ensure accurate posting of transactions

📚 Required Qualification

• B.A. Degree in Accounting, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields
• Experience: Fresh Graduates Only

🛠️ Required Skill

• Account Management skills with attention to accuracy and customer service
