1. Branch Manager IV – IFB (Interest Free Banking)

Job Purpose:

You will support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling products, marketing new offerings, acquiring and retaining customers, and implementing continuous improvements for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency within the branch.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, with at least one year at a supervisory level.
• Specific Requirement: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operations is required.

Place of Work: Khalid Branch (Under Mekelle District)

2. Branch Manager IV
