Ye Ethiopia Lijoch Media is excited to announce several opportunities to join our vibrant, creative team! We are hiring for the following positions:

🎬 1) Video Editor

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Video Editor to craft engaging video content across our platforms. You’ll work closely with creative directors and producers to deliver compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit videos for social media, websites, ads, and internal content.
Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into polished final videos.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
Collaborate with team members to align content with project goals.
Organize media files and project assets efficiently.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
✅ Proven track record as a Video Editor
✅ Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software
✅ Strong portfolio of completed projects
✅ Knowledge of motion graphics, audio editing, and color grading is a plus
✅ Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills
✅ Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

🎨 2) Graphic Designers (4 positions)

We are hiring:
✔️ 2 Fresh Graduates (Entry-Level)
✔️ 2 Experienced Designers (3+ years of professional experience)

Key Responsibilities (for all levels):

Design visuals for digital and print (social posts, brochures, banners, ads, logos, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams.
Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Adapt designs based on feedback.

For Fresh Graduates:
✅ Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
✅ Academic/personal project portfolio
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)
✅ Creativity, detail-orientation, eagerness to learn

For Experienced Designers:
✅ Minimum 3 years of industry experience
✅ Strong professional portfolio
✅ Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
✅ Experience in branding, campaigns, and client presentations
✅ Ability to manage projects independently
✅ Solid knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout

📈 3) Sales and Marketing Professionals

About the Role:
We seek ambitious, results-driven professionals to expand our sales and marketing efforts, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet/exceed sales targets through outreach and relationship-building.
Conduct market research on customer needs and trends.
Prepare persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
Maintain accurate sales records.

Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital/traditional channels.
Create content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support branding, advertising, and event planning.
Analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategies.
Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:
✅ Significant experience in sales and/or marketing leadership roles
