1. Position: Branch Manager

Educational Background:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of banking operations experience, 2 years of which must be in a senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking.

2. Position: Senior Banking Business Officer

Educational Background:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, of which 2 years must be as a branch banking officer

Required Skills:

Branch Operations
Sales and Marketing
Customer Experience Management
IFB Product Knowledge
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Additional Advantage:

Knowledge of local language

3. Position: Banking Business Officer I

Educational Background:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in banking operations

Attention to Detail
