Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

The Junior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
• Listening to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Processing withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
• Verifying customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
• Issuing bank statements, check books, and debit cards to customers.
• Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
• Performing foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
• Carrying out other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.
• CGPA: Above 3.00.
• Graduation Year: 2023/2024/2025.
• Experience: 0 Years’ experience (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Age: Below 30.
