Position: Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a preference for financial services or investment banking.
• Skills:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Experience in event planning and management.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic; an additional local language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including advertising, social media, content creation, and event planning, to drive client engagement and support business growth.
