Position: Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a preference for financial services or investment banking.
Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic; an additional local language is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
