2. Vice President IS Project Management Office (VP – IS PMO)
- Required Educational Qualification and Work Experience: M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science/Systems, Information Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. Must have 11 or 13 years of related work experience, respectively, with at least 4 years in a Senior Management Role.
- Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of an enterprise-wide project management framework.
- Develop and prioritize the IT project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Spearhead the transition from traditional to Agile project management methodologies.
- Define governance, performance metrics, and success criteria for both Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Establish Agile Centers of Excellence and champion cross-functional squads.
- Oversee the business analysis function.
- Manage a centralized project portfolio and ensure effective communication with steering committees.
- Implement and maintain modern project management tools and dashboards for planning, tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
- Standardize and continuously improve project methodologies, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Drive post-project reviews, audits, and lessons learned.
