• Work Location: Project Sites in Addis Ababa (Goro or Ayertena)

Job Requirements:

• BSc/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Willingness to work on-site and learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction works
• Monitor quality and progress on-site
• Prepare simple site reports
• Coordinate with foremen and workers
• Support overall site management activities
