1. Junior Online Banking Technical Officer

Job Summary:

The Junior Online Banking Technical Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bank’s digital banking services. This includes checking server backups and performance (USSD, MW, Email), monitoring application servers and disk space, and checking the front services of Internet, Mobile Banking, and USSD. The role also involves providing user support, troubleshooting system errors, updating digital banking records, and participating in new product integration and testing.

Job Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or other related fields.
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Graduation Year: Graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C.
GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Age: Age must be 25 years or below.
Exit Exam: An Exit Exam is required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

2. Junior Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

The Junior Customer Service Specialist will perform a range of front office customer service and cash-handling duties at the branch. This includes receiving and delivering cash, collecting and validating payment instruments, initiating and verifying transfers, exchanging cash denominations, and posting transactions. The specialist will also perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Graduation Year: Graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C.
GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Age: Age must be 25 years or below.
Exit Exam: An Exit Exam is required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
