Job Summary:
The Junior Online Banking Technical Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bank’s digital banking services. This includes checking server backups and performance (USSD, MW, Email), monitoring application servers and disk space, and checking the front services of Internet, Mobile Banking, and USSD. The role also involves providing user support, troubleshooting system errors, updating digital banking records, and participating in new product integration and testing.

This includes receiving and delivering cash, collecting and validating payment instruments, initiating and verifying transfers, exchanging cash denominations, and posting transactions.
