Zemen Bank: Young Graduate Trainee (IT Trainee)

Zemen Bank is offering a three-month Young Graduate Trainee – IT (YGT- IT) Program for recent graduates. The program is designed to provide a strong knowledge of all technological aspects of the bank’s business through a combination of classroom and on-the-job training.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BSc. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT-related fields.
• GPA: A minimum CGPA of 3.25 is required.
• Experience: Only graduates of 2025 G.C. are eligible to apply.
• Work Place: Addis Ababa.

• Complete in-depth training modules to understand bank practices and business strategies.
