📌 Position: Export Sales Officer

Purpose of the Job

The Export Sales Officer will manage and oversee all export operations while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. The role focuses on facilitating smooth export operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to business growth targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire export process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export documentation standards, and customs regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, shipping agents, carriers, and customs officials.
Monitor and analyze export operations, recommending improvements.
Maintain proper records of contracts, invoices, documentation, and compliance reports.
Build and manage strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on export performance, shipping status, and compliance metrics.
Work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
Stay updated with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and market conditions.

🎓 Education & Experience

Education: BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Purchase & Supplies Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in export sales or related activities.
