About the Job
The Senior Innovation Officer (SIO) is the lead catalyst for innovation, responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth, digital transformation, and lasting competitive advantage. The SIO identifies emerging opportunities, fosters a culture of creativity, leads cross-functional teams, governs the innovation portfolio, and converts ideas into measurable business outcomes—bridging creative insight with disciplined execution.

Qualification & Experience

• BA/BSc/MA/MBA/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
• 7/5 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years in officer position

2️⃣ Senior Card Payment Switch Officer

Qualification & Experience

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 6/4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years in office professional positions
