1. Business Assurance Analyst (External)
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or Commerce
- Professional certification in Auditing, Accounting, Risk Management, or Information Systems is an advantage
- Revenue Assurance Practitioners Certification is an added advantage
Experience:
- 2–5 years in Assurance, Risk Management, or Business Process Improvement
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, data warehousing, and Microsoft applications
Key Skills:
- Analytical ability to manage large datasets
- Knowledge of revenue assurance policies and controls
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
2. Senior Solution Architect (External)
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Certification in Solution Architecture or Cloud technologies is an advantage
Experience:
- 3+ years in software development (databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud)
- 2+ years in solutions architecture and system design
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Key Skills:
- Hands-on software architecture and coding background
- Knowledge of Microservices, Containerization, Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
3. OSP Technician (Internal / External)
Location: Addis Ababa & Regions
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications or related fields
- Health & Safety certification and Working at Height certification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, troubleshooting, splicing, and testing (aerial and underground)
- Experience with OTDR, fusion splicing, power meter testing
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of OSP/ISP fiber optic networks
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and splice schematics
- Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance skills
4. Culture & Engagement Business Partner (Internal / External)
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Amharic
Experience:
- 5–8 years in HR, employee engagement, or culture-related roles
- Proven track record in designing and executing engagement strategies
Key Skills:
- Strong facilitation and project execution skills
- Strategic thinking and change management expertise
- Data analysis and survey insights application
- Cross-functional collaboration and leadership engagement
